HONOLULU (KHON2) – The Department of Justice revealed a Hawaii man has pled guilty after violating the Atomic Energy Act in 2018. According to reports, 60-year-old Mark Kazee was caught transferring equipment containing radioactive material from his former company to a new company that did not have the proper license. Kazee also did not record the transfer.
