EUGENE, Ore. – The Eugene Police Department’s drone team recently assisted the Lane County Sheriff’s Office in finding and rescuing a missing girl. At 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, the team responded to a call that a local teenage girl was seen about four hours earlier walking along a trail towards the Willamette River. The girl was reportedly suffering a mental health crisis when she was last seen.
