STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The city Department of Transportation (DOT) said it is hoping to “enhance safety” for students through the installation of a new traffic signal at St. Joseph Hill Academy, Arrochar. The DOT recently installed the new traffic light on the northern end of Hylan Boulevard.
