One of the oldest buildings in the heart of Buffalo’s Allentown District has landed a new owner. Investors 6 North Pearl LLC paid $600,000 for a circa-1870 era house-turned-office, buying the building from David Todaro and Maureen McCready, according to documents filed Sept. 30 in the Erie County Clerk’s office.
