NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WFFT) – The New Haven Chamber of Commerce is inviting sixth, seventh and eighth graders to show off their civics knowledge. Allen County middle school students have the chance to compete for the 2025 National Civics Bee title beginning with a first-round essay competition opening Oct. 15.
