Ave Maria is a golf cart community, and this summer’s Door to Door Model Home Tour campaign drove that point home in dramatic fashion. From June to August, visitors to the town’s four premier homebuilder sales centers and 25 designer-decorated homes were invited to register to win a new, premium golf cart valued at $13,500. This thrilling opportunity was for non-residents only, and there was no obligation to buy a home.
The lucky winners are Diane and Serena Gagne and their family. The Gagnes were very impressed with Ave Maria after being informed by friends about the community’s homes and activities, noting that these were suitable for their entire family.
“This was such an exciting surprise, and we are truly grateful for the generosity,” the Gagne family said.
“Thank you for making such a positive community impact and for organizing such a fun and exciting event.”
