WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A couple from Wichita is part of nearly 1,400 American Red Cross volunteers helping support victims in the path of Hurricane Helene. Tim Stoker and his wife got the call from the American Red Cross on Sept. 23, just before Hurricane Helene made landfall. They hopped in the car and headed south the next day.
