A large-scale development that would bring retail, housing, and more entertainment to Ten Mile took a step forward at last week’s Meridian City Council meeting. As BoiseDev previously reported, The District at Ten Mile is planned to be a large-scale project spread over 200 acres with retail, a movie theater, hotels, restaurants, offices, light industrial and residential space. The project comes from a team made up of the developers behind The Village, Topgolf & Scheel’s.
