CLIVE, Iowa – Fire officials in Clive are investigating a fire that erupted on a third-floor balcony at an apartment building. It happened just before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the West Wind Apartments. Multiple crews from neighboring cities were called to help. When they arrived, they found flames coming from the third floor.
