VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A young man has been arrested in connection to a homicide in Virginia Beach, the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) said. After receiving a 911 call about someone who had been shot, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 600 block of Fox Creek Court around 9:40 a.m. Monday.
