{KXLG – South Dakota} The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) has reminded farmers and ranchers to remove hay processed in the ditches along state highways. According to state regulations, hay must be removed from the right-of-way within 30 days of being processed and no later than October 1 each year.
