EUGENE, Ore. – Euphoria Chocolate Company in West Eugene has repeatedly been a victim of theft and damage, most recently to their HVAC unit. Bonnie Glass owns Euphoria Chocolate Company, with her factory sitting right along Amazon Creek. She said she has seen everything from people doing drugs outside the door to peeing on her building to hate speech scribbled on the walls outside. But on October 1, she arrived at work to find her HVAC unit completely destroyed.
