FULTON, N.Y. – Heavy hearts filled a Fulton church on Tuesday for the funeral of an Oswego County Sheriff’s deputy. Deputy Cailee Campbell died in the line of duty in a car crash in Volney on September 25 while responding to another call. On Tuesday, those who knew and loved her came together to say goodbye.
