A Happy Valley man is facing DUII and reckless driving charges after allegedly hitting a pedestrian in Madras Monday afternoon. Madras Police said in a press release Tuesday that someone called 911 to report the driver of a dark-colored SUV had struck someone at 118 S. 5th Street and that the driver had a firearm.
