CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – UVA is now facing a new civil rights case regarding one of its on-grounds mentorship programs. The non-profit organization Equal Protection Project filed a complaint on Tuesday, contending that UVA is discriminating on the basis of race, and is asking the federal government to launch an investigation.
