Oklahoma electric co-ops send support to Georgia after Hurricane Helene

GEORGIA (KOKH) – Five electric cooperatives in Oklahoma sent more than 30 lineworkers to help co-ops in Georgia with power restoration after Hurricane Helene. The workers join more than 6,4000 co-op personnel across the nation who are restoring power, which includes other lineworkers, support staff, right-of-way contractors, warehouse staff, safety employees, and command center staff.
