CLARKSVILLE, TN − Lisa Canfield, Clarksville City Clerk, has been elected Vice-President of the Tennessee Association of Municipal Clerks and Recorders (TAMCAR). TAMCAR is a professional organization that is dedicated to the continuing education and advancement of Municipal Clerks. It conducts educational opportunities twice annually in the Spring and Fall.
