Two residents of Huxley were arrested early Wednesday in a West Des Moines motel after police allegedly found a half-ounce of methamphetamine in their room. Jared Russell Zimmerman, 42, of 511 E. First St., Huxley, was charged with controlled substance violation, unlawful possession of prescription drug, failure to affix drug stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia.
