3 Idaho guides indicted on federal charges relating to Mountain Lion hunts

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – Three Idaho hunting guides have been arrested and indicted on charges relating to illegal mountain lion hunts. Chad Kulow and May Major of Kuna, and LaVoy Eborn or Paris, Idaho, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for violating the Lacey Act. The Lacey Act prohibits the importation, exportation, transportation, sale, receipt, acquisition, or purchase of any fish, wildlife, or plant taken in violation of any law.
