LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – In a call to the Arkansas Supreme Court to vacate the Secretary of State’s denial of certification, as well as grant preliminary and permanent injunctive relief on a dispute involving signature collections, the Arkansans for Patient Access (APA) has filed a lawsuit in response to Secretary John Thurston’s denial of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.
