SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Minnehaha County Commission heard an update on the new Juvenile Justice Center as construction on the $50 million project continues. Project staff said it is in good shape as far as following its $50 million budget, but had slight changes to the contingency and construction amounts.
