Lincoln man arrested after $27K in stolen property found in storage unit

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man has been arrested following a series of burglaries in southeast Lancaster County, where more than $38,000 worth of property was stolen. Lancaster County Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said six burglaries and two thefts were reported over the past week and a half. Houchin said lawnmowers, tools, ladders, and high-dollar lawn furniture were stolen from properties, including unlocked garages and outbuildings.
