A second person involved in a weekend highway accident has died from injuries sustained in the crash. According to Arkansas State Police, Jose Salas De La Cruz, 54, a passenger in a Dodge Ram that was struck by a semi on U.S. Highway 67 in Lonoke County early Sunday, Sept. 29, has died.
