ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. – The rising cost of living has become a hot topic in the race for a Kentucky House of Representatives seat in a fast-growing part of the state. House District 25 stretches from Elizabethtown to the south side of Radcliff and covers the northeastern corner of Hardin County to the Nelson and LaRue county lines.
