Mobile grocery stores see low toilet paper stock due to panic-buying amid port strike

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) – Just one minute past midnight Tuesday morning, the International Longshoremen’s Association strike began as tens of thousands of dockworkers walked off the job. The massive strike has shut down dozens of U.S. ports. In Mobile, hundreds of dockworkers joined the strike at the Port of Mobile.
