UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. (First Alert 4)-Habitat for Humanity raised the first wall on Wednesday for its newest project in University City. Officials from St. Louis County joined Habitat for Humanity St. Louis to raise the wall. At the event, the organization noted the future owner of the house was not given the house but rather purchased it at an affordable rate.
