TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Allegations of theft and fraud that have plagued the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office for three years are now ‘case closed.’. Former Jefferson County Clerk Kirk Reams was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Monday and both of his co-defendants were sentenced in the same courtroom Tuesday.
