DES MOINES, Iowa – A shooting thatinjured four people on Ingersoll Avenue last week was not a random act of violence, police believe. Des Moines police say they arrived at the intersection of Ingersoll Avenue and 28th Street on Sept. 27 to find one man who had been shot and another man injured by debris or a gunshot ricochet. Shortly after, two additional victims arrived at a local hospital.
