Indiana State Police are searching for a Spencer County man who reportedly went missing near the Ohio River on Sunday.
Justin R. MacDonald was last seen near the French Island Marina on River Road and 1040 West around 11 p.m. Sept. 29, ISP said in a news release. He stands around 6’1, weighs 185 pounds and has blue eyes and blonde hair.
