OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Oklahoma City Police Department are investigating after a body was found on I-40 Thursday morning.
According to OHP, authorities responded around 2:30 a.m. near the Dallas Junction where I-40 and I-35 meet. The body was found in the westbound lanes underneath the I-35 bridge.

Officials say OHP is leading this investigation with help from OKCPD. The scene cleared around 4 a.m. and traffic should not be affected.
