Tavares, Fla. – After nearly three decades of dedicated service to the community, Corporal Robert “Rob” Parker is officially retiring from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Corporal Parker’s career in law enforcement began in June 1996 with the Tavares Police Department before he transitioned to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office in September 1999, where he became a respected figure in multiple capacities.
