Broken Arrow gas station burglary suspect arrested

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office said a man was arrested after he stole lottery tickets, lighters and snacks from a gas station.

WCSO said deputies responded to the EZ Mart near East 31st Street and South 209th East Avenue in Broken Arrow on Sept. 12 at 3:49 a.m. on reports of a burglary.

On Sept. 20, deputies identified and located Jose Alfredo Pacheco-Gomes as a suspect in north Tulsa.

WCSO said Pacheco-Gomes was taken into custody and booked on a second degree burglary charge.

Investigations into the burglary are ongoing and more arrests may follow soon, WCSO said.
