FRANKLIN, Ky. – A wanted woman facing multiple charges related to a pursuit has been apprehended in Simpson County. According to a uniform citation, the Franklin Police Department says it arrested Shawna L. Suter, 36, of Clarksville, Tennessee on Sept. 25 on a complaint warrant out of Logan County.
