Jaroscar Chavez Silva, 36, and his 30-year-old brother Roshiel Chavez Silva, were on the lam after the Oct. 3 near-fatal shooting in Orlando when they got off a bus in the Big Apple and checked into the massive shelter at the former Creedmor Psychiatric Hospital, the sources said.
The two were were sought on a Florida warrant issued on Sept. 17 and were tracked to the five boroughs by the US Marshals Service, according to sources.
