EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – Police looking for a man who they believe stole a bicycle from Artspace in downtown El Paso in late August. The El Paso Police Department and Crime Stoppers of El Paso need help to find a man who they believe stole a bike from the Roderick Artspace Lofts and Gallery parking lot, located at 601 N. Oregon St., right across the WestStar Tower.
