BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – A Rural King employee’s phone call to 9-1-1 about a robbery led to two arrests after a high-speed chase from local law enforcement. The call came in around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday with a description of two male suspects leaving by car with more than $3,000 worth of stolen tools.
