WICHITA, Kan. – Tom Davis often drives the Kansas Turnpike from the Kansas City area to visit relatives in Wichita. However, depending on where he exits, Davis is paying between 3% and nearly 5% more for the trip since the Kansas Turnpike Authority switched to a cashless tolling system in July.
