SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The Scottsdale Police Department has arrested three suspects for allegedly placing card skimmers on ATM machines throughout the Valley. Robert Olteanu, Fernando Cojocaru and Petrican Filon are facing felony charges for fraud following their recent arrests. The investigation began when police were contacted by someone who noticed that their credit card number was being used to obtain hundreds of dollars from an ATM in Scottsdale.
