SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The North Springfield Betterment Association (NSBA) will host a candidate forum and mixer next week.
According to a press release from NSBA, the free event is designed to give residents a chance to engage and speak with candidates appearing on the Nov. 5 ballot.
The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at BigShots Golf (1930 E. Kearney St., Springfield).
Candidates scheduled to attend include:
- Representative Bill Owen (R) Missouri House of Representatives District 131
- Jeremy Dean (D), for Missouri House of Representatives District 132
- Michael Hasty (R), for Missouri House of Representatives District 135
- Tim McGrady (D), for Greene County Commissioner District 2
