DES MOINES, Iowa – A Drake University student was reportedly nearly abducted Wednesday night, the university says. In a letter to the campus community, Drake administration said earlier on Thursday, Drake Public Safety received a report of an attempted abduction of a student that happened overnight on the west edge of campus.
