HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A Central City man is facing child molesting charges in Evansville.
According to an affidavit, the victim went to Holly’s House to speak with authorities about an incident that happened a few years ago.
The victim said Daniel Richie, 27, touched her privates when she was at his house one night.
She said she woke up to Richie touching her inappropriately. She claimed Richie told her, “Do not tell anybody or else.”
EPD says Richie denied the allegations in a phone call.
Richie was booked into the Vanderburgh County jail on a $2,500 bond.
