TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The city of Tucson said it is going ahead with a major project on the south side. Tucson said the Mission Manor Aquatic Park plan will pose “no significant impact on the human environment” so it is going to request the funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
