EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The West Side Nut Club Fall Festival officially kicks off in just a few days, but the fun was able to start earlier than Sunday. On Thursday Half Pot sales started at noon, and there was a line of cars full of people ready to buy their tickets.
