Uptown Fall Concert Series wraps but local music events continue

COLUMBUS, Ga. ( WRBL ) — Local nonprofit Uptown Columbus’ fall Friday Night Concert Series and launch collaboration with the Columbus Clingstones wraps up this month.

On Oct. 4 at 7 p.m., the Fall 2024 series ends with a performance from local band DNR, Do Not Resuscitate, an all-doctor group and local favorite.

According to Uptown Columbus Marketing and Communications Director Tracey Green, the nonprofit’s free concert series is all for the community.

“We just love to be able to have some events for the community that are family friendly and free,” Green said.
