At approximately 3:12 P.M. on the 600 block of Indian Hills Circle, an urgent call brought authorities rushing to the location of an assault with a deadly weapon. The incident left one man dead and another critically injured due to gunshot wounds, according to a statement from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. Despite immediate medical aid attempts by deputies, the fatally wounded individual was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics.
