Students create outfits, dishes at Forward Food & Fashion event

Professionals from the food, fashion, and sustainability industries, along with members of the Columbia community, tasted bites of cajun root vegetable bake and sipped on lemonade made with tomato juice while viewing three student-made clothing designs. The outfits were created largely in one day for the ” Sustainability Fusion” challenge at this past Thursday’s Forward Food & Fashion event.
