John Amos’ Daughter Accuses Brother of Exploiting Ailing Father
Shannon Amos, daughter of actor John Amos, alleges that her brother, K.C., took advantage of their father’s declining health. She claims K.C. isolated John from loved ones, withheld treatment, and changed his will without authorization.
Former business manager Paul Baldassarre supports Shannon’s claims, stating that he and two others were replaced as John’s powers of attorney by K.C.
Shannon learned of her father’s death from media reports 45 days after it occurred. She questions why K.C. had John cremated quickly, preventing an autopsy.
The family denies financial motives and plans a memorial for John on November 23rd. They have contacted K.C. for comment but have not received a response.
