DAVIE, Fla. – The body of a woman was found lying in a roadway in Davie Friday morning, and authorities believe she was the victim of a hit-and-run crash. According to Davie police, the victim was found dead shortly after 6 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Flamingo Road.
