A Michigan mom has entered a plea of no-contest to charges stemming from her infant daughter drowning in their bathtub while she was on the phone for 20 minutes. Olivia Miller, 23, entered her plea on Monday for charges of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her 8-month-old son Asher Johnson. She could face up to 1 year in prison as a part of her plea agreement.
