3 men arrested after attempting to make fraudulent purchases in Mt. Juliet, police say

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — Three men who are believed to be connected to criminal activity across the region have been arrested in Mt. Juliet, according to authorities.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department said the incident unfolded Thursday afternoon near Dick’s Sporting Goods after officers stopped a rental car due to “suspicious behavior.”

Deputies arrest multiple felons during raid at house party

During the stop, officers reportedly searched the vehicle and found multiple cloned credit and gift cards, alongside a credit card writer machine.

Police said store employees confirmed that the suspects tried to make fraudulent purchases, which resulted in the arrest of three men.

According to MJPD, the suspects — identified as a 29-year-old from Redford, Michigan; 30-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona; and 32-year-old from Detroit, Michigan— were all charged with three counts of criminal simulation and six counts of illegal credit card use.
